Meetings & Conferences
With Four meeting rooms available, we can comfortably accommodate business events from interviews and board meetings to sales conferences and presentations.
With a variety of dining options from a working lunch of sandwiches through to 7 course taster menus.
The Nook & Terra Restaurant
The Nook is our smallest private dining space accommodating 8 guests, ideal for brunch, lunch, evening meetings or entertaining clients. Situated off our main Terra Restaurant it can be booked for the day or just for Lunch or Dinner.
Our Terra Restaurant with its locally sourced freshly prepared menu is an excellent venue to bring clients or reward staff.
The Manor Room
Seating up to 15 for a meeting or 18 for private dining the Manor Room includes a large screen TV and flipcharts for presentation as well as a Nespresso Coffee machine to keep you going through the day.
For Hybrid meetings make us of our ‘Meeting Owl’ allowing remote guests to join the whole meeting room.
The Manor also makes an ideal breakout room.
The Downs Suite
Seating up to 150 for a conference or 100 for dining, the Downs Suite can be further segmented to provide a registration/networking area as well as conference/dining space.
With five sets of French Doors opening onto our Stretch Tent and Downs Gardens providing additional break out space and amazing views.

From a table of 2 in the restaurant to 100 for a Christmas Party Night we have a selection of public and private spaces available. Speak to our events team who can help you make your idea a reality.
Terra Restaurant & Terrace
Mid- Week our Terra Restaurant is ideal for a Lunch or Evening business meeting, our locally sourced ingredients that are used in our dishes are selected from across the South Downs National Park.
In Summer time our Terrace makes the perfect location for a team BBQ or drinks soiree
Private Dining
With our Nook for up to 8, The Manor Room for up to 18, Small Downs for up to 25 and Downs Suite for up to 100 we have a selection of Private Dining Spaces available. Our events team can work with you to design a menu from Afternoon Tea to 7 course taster menu that works for each occasion and around the timeline of your visit.
Celebration events & Team Building
Our Idyllic location provides for some great opportunities both on site and locally, whether its walking or cycling up the hills to see the Sea or Ninja Warrior on the Downs Suite Garden. Accommodation Pricing
Our corporate accommodation rate is available for businesses with a regular requirement from Sundays to Thursdays and is always our lowest bed & breakfast rate. For 2024 our bedroom rates will change each quarter, with a reduced rate in Q1 and Q4.
Quarter 2 Special rate for regular visitors during Quarter 1 2024
For any business booking 50 or more room nights during Q1, 2024 (1st Jan - 31st Mar) we will hold the Q1 room rate through until 30th June 2024, representing a significant saving.
Two course dinner for £25 in our Terra Restaurant & Olive Lounge
In addition we have introduced a new corporate dining offer which includes any main course (except steaks) from our main menu with either a soup starter or a mini dessert & coffee for £25, or all 3 courses for £30. This is included in our Dinner, Bed and Breakfast rate plans, or guests can use the £25 allowance to contribute to any food and drink items.
