Director / owner
Helen originally comes from an Events and Marketing background, having created the industry-leading company Empirical Events, organising Wedding Fairs throughout the South of England for over 10 years. As such, she has working relationships with hundreds of local suppliers and an extensive knowledge of event planning with excellent attention to detail.
Phil:
Director / owner
Phil is another Director/Owner, who has years of experience managing and planning events and is best known for doing so with his signature Aussie charm... our Phil is always cracking a joke! Phil also has a wealth of experience with Food/Beverage, meaning he’s a go-to when choosing wine pairings and food options.
Cat:

Cat leads our Events Team, as well as having one eye on the day to day operations of all things Tottington. Having worked in Hospitality since the age of 17, some say there’s nothing she hasn’t seen!
Millie:
events manager
Millie has been a part of our team here at Tottington since we opened our doors in the Spring of 2021, and a face known to many of our Guests. Millie started here in our Restaurant & began looking after events, we saw the magic in her! Her dedication to our Guests & creating those special experiences and memories, she well and truly deserved her promotion to Events Manager in 2023.
Charley:

Charley completes our Events Team, and our newest asset. Charley joined us from a Wedding Venue, and an experienced hand in Hotels, Weddings & Events. An interesting fact about Charley is that in addition to being an events Wiz, she is also a trained actor!
Meeting Spaces
With views overlooking the rolling hills of the South Downs, our South Downs Suite and adjoining Private Garden is a stunning setting to host your corporate event. A beautifully versatile space, our South Downs Suite can be sectioned to create a smaller meeting space, as well as accommodating up to 180 people. The suite has French doors all along one wall, allowing in beautiful natural light, that open up onto a beautiful terrace/garden area along with a rustic stretch tent, useful for shade in the sun or cover in the wet and the perfect space for a drinks reception.
The South Downs Suite also has a fully stocked private bar in the room, open for the whole day and evening.

Stretch
Tent
The perfect space to enjoy the stunning outdoor space and views Tottington Manor has to offer. Many of the companies we work with opt to have a bar outside here when using the South Downs Suite, and is a great entertaining space too.
Our Stretch Tent is restored annually and waterproof, meaning that while it's perfect for getting a bit of shade on a sunny day, it also shields your colleagues from any rain. Permanently adorned with modern Festoon lighting and heating, it really adds atmosphere to our outdoor space and adds a rustic touch.

Whether you have a function for 150 in our South Downs Suite, or would prefer a more intimate Private Dining setup in our Nook, we are experienced and flexible in order to meet your needs as a business.

Accommodation
We have 12 beautiful rooms including 5 individually styled Superior and Honeymoon Suites available to hire exclusively for yourselves and your colleagues .
Newly renovated upon the acquisition of the venue in 2021 with further works extending into 2023 , our rooms were rated 4* by AA last year, and we are constantly working towards the prestigious 5*.
We have Five Suites; Barwick, Wyndham, Bravington, Ricardo & Kempe (pictured), each names after the original owners of the hotel/stately home. These suites boast a range of standout features such as Jacuzzi Baths, Complimentary Mini Bars, Gaming Consoles and more.
Each or our rooms are let out either on a room only or bed-and-breakfast basis: our Sussex Cooked and Continental Breakfasts are very popular with our guests, made with fresh, local ingredients.
Nestled just above the Downs Suite and sharing its stunning views, our Standard Rooms are more basic and compact, but still very comfortable, and come with Nespresso Coffee Machines and Hoogly Tea, Perfect for a shorter stay.

Our corporate accommodation rate is available for businesses with a regular requirement from Sundays to Thursdays and is always our lowest bed & breakfast rate. For 2024 our bedroom rates will change each quarter, with a reduced rate in Q1 and Q4.
Corporate guests at Tottington enjoy the friendly environment, the ease of travel to Brighton, Horsham, Worthing, Burgess Hill and the surrounding areas and the peace and relaxation they find in our beautiful setting, truly a home from home.
Our Corporate Dinner Bed & Breakfast offer includes a two course dinner in our Terra Restaurant & Olive Lounge for an additional £25 per person per night, which includes a selection of main course from our a la carte menu with either a soup starter or a mini dessert & coffee for £25, or all 3 courses for £30, corporate guests can also use the £25 allowance to contribute to any food and drink items during their stay.
